Message from the Inventor
For the last 30 years I have been an avid hunter. And during these years, I've hunted deer, turkey, quail, pheasant, geese, ducks, and predators. I have also made several trips to the mountains in my pursuit of elk and pronghorn. As I grew older, my ability to get around in the woods, mountains and on the prairie, just kept getting tougher and tougher every year. Lugging around hunting gear and setting up tree stands was just too tough.
My passion is bow hunting and the challenge involved with harvesting deer or turkey is so much more rewarding than rifle hunting. Then one day while out turkey hunting, I thought about how nice it would be to be able to draw on a turkey or deer and not get busted in the draw by their keen eyes. I had a few different ideas, and in time I came up with the idea of Hide-A-Bow, a new and revolutionary product that attaches directly to the riser of your bow. The first version was a light weight, camouflage blind that attaches and detaches quickly and easily to a bracket on your bow. Weighing less than one pound, the additional weight is hardly noticed and is designed so that you could draw and shoot through the blind without busting your game. I also designed the blind to have legs which allows you to sit on the ground and maintain your bow and blind in a ready position. This quick and always ready position allows you to use your turkey calls or rattle your horns without all the extra movement of your bow.
After a couple of years of trial and error, I found a working version that performed great in concealing yourself and was exceptionally easy to setup and move in the field. Unlike pop-up blinds and tree stands which take valuable time to setup and break down, my blind system can be assembled in seconds not minutes. And remember, it weighs only around one pound.
Proving to myself how well the Hide-A-Bow performed with the camouflage blind, I had a brainstorm and thought , "what if I could put a graphic image of the game on the blind in place of the camouflage"? So I did some photo shop work on a turkey and came up with an exceptional graphic image that worked better than expected in the field. This success with the turkey graphic image leads me to produce interchangeable graphics for deer, mule deer, pronghorn, and elk. I've tested these graphic images in the field and have had success with shooting and bagging all of these big game animals except the Elk due to the lack of opportunities I have had since the introduction of this graphic. However, I am confident that my success with the elk graphic will be just as impressive as my other graphic images.
So, all and all, if you're a bow hunter who doesn't get around well in the field, tired of carrying all that gear, or want to avoid the dangers of falling out of a tree stand, then you need to take a look at the Hide-A-Bow and the amazing advantages it can offer you. I personally believe that if you use your basic knowledge of hunting and physical abilities in conjunction with using the Hide-A-Bow, you'll find yourself in a heart thumping and up-close encounter with the game of your choice. Oh, did I mention, it is patented and 100% Made in the USA.
Best of hunting to you!! -- Doug
